4. For commercial work, check if they have current SWMS documents. This is their site safety documentation and ensures that they sign the SWMS every time on a new job site.

5. If you are still unsure, then ask to see photos or videos from their previous work and/or ask for a reference from their last or current contracts. Some companies might have non-disclosure contracts, but they should be able to show you some photos.

Remember to get at least 2 or 3 quotes, so you have something to compare with.
