When a severe roof leak caused major water damage in this Cranebrook home, the family called us for an emergency "make-safe" response. Our Penrith team was on-site quickly, because when water damage strikes, speed is everything.

After heavy rain, moisture would pool against the house and "wick" up through the concrete directly into the timber base plate and plaster wall, creating a constant source of dampness.
