We provide a full service for this builder client, from the start we engaged a third-party hygienist to write the scope of work for mould removal. Next we come in and setup the site with Negative Air in all work areas.

For mould on exposed timber we use dry ice blasting then finish off with percide and Booster. For cosmetic purposes we use bleach in areas where the stain remains.

Lastly we provided a full completed report with hygienist post verification.
